About me
I'm a Chatbot developer with many hats. On a small team of four I helped build a chatbot servoing over 100,000 users for IT questions. Built with Groovy (Java) to build API integrations with ServiceNow, Nexthink, and OpenAI for RAG capabilities as well as building webchat and Nexthink portal for end users to interact with.
My job is to build a user friendly interface for users to interact with the chatbot and to build API integrations to connect the chatbot to various IT systems. I also analyze user feedback and data to improve the chatbot's performance and user experience.

Adam also supported our evolution from traditional conversational AI to incorporating generative AI capabilities. Our virtual assistant project, which Adam helped extend to both chat and phone channels, has been highly successful and now solves about 40% of IT questions across these channels. What stands out most about Adam is his adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. He grew significantly during his time on our team and consistently tackled diverse technical challenges.
